This computer chip is simple to install with easy to follow instruction and connects with 4 wires behind the data link connector for OBDII system from 1996
Have You Installed a Pulse Width Modulator PWM

A pulse width modulator PWM is very important to install for full control of the amp draw on the HHO generator. It is virtually impossible to maintain the correct amp draw with the electrolyte mix alone. The amps can go out of control, boil the electrolyte mix and overheat or damage the HHO generator if not used. See electrolyte mix instructions
Have You Installed an O2 Sensor EFIE

Must be filled in if you are asking an HHO related question or no answer will be made. The Oxygen sensor EFIE is most important on gas fuel injected engines for leaning the computer. You may also use, instead of an electronic O2 sensor efie, O2 sensor isolator(s) or spacer(s) as mentioned in the manual
Have You Leaned Out the Coolant Temperature Sensor

Must be filled in if you are asking an HHO related question or no answer will be made. The coolant temperature sensor (CTS) where applicable needs to be leaned out according to the instruction manual
Have You Installed A Map/Maf Enhancer

Must be filled in if you are asking an HHO related question or no answer will be made. Some engines have either or both a map sensor and/or a mass air sensor. Have you addressed this sensor with the map enhancer where applicable
Do You Understand That ALL Computer Related Sensors Need to be Leaned Out For Fuel Mileage Increase

Must be filled in if you are asking an HHO related question or no answer will be made. All applicable fuel injected sensors need to be leaned out according to the instruction manual if you expect the best mileage increase
Do You Understand That The Engine Must Be In Good Running Condition
